On Water RulingIn an interview with WABE 90.1 FM's Denis O'Hayer on July 21, 2009, Georgia State University College of Law Professor Lynn Hogue discussed U.S. District Judge Paul Magnuson's ruling that the Army Corps of Engineers violated Federal law for years by increasing the amount that Georgia could withdraw from Lake Lanier to supply drinking water to Metro Atlanta, without approval from Congress.
